Centennial hops
Centennial was one of the first hops we purchased for the farm. We had mixed success getting the hop established at first, but it’s now well rooted and we’ll be looking to expand it next season. When growing, Centennial hops definitely stand out – they have very distinct red shoots and dark vines.

Selected as a benchmark for the Beer Judge Certification Program in the US, Centennial IPA has quickly become the IPA of choice. Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Fruity aroma with peach, pineapple and orange. Sweetish fruity flavour, clean, hoppy, awesome.

Brewed with 100% Centennial hops from the Pacific Northwest and named after the Two Hearted River in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, this IPA is bursting with hop aromas – ranging from pine to grapefruit – from massive hop additions in both the kettle and the fermenter.
